School Meals

School meals are prepared and cooked in our own kitchen. The meals are well balanced and attractively presented and provide plenty of choice.  Every effort is made to cater for the tastes of the children and we regularly discuss menu suggestions with the School Council.

Meals cost £2.50 per day (£12.50 per week).  Payment must be made in advance, and can be made online using a debit or credit card at School Gateway. Please note, there is a minimum payment of £10.00 per child via School Gateway.

Accounts that fall into arrears will be sent a reminder.  If the account remains unpaid we will not be able to provide further school meals.

A SPECIAL OCCASION TO CELEBRATE?  WHY NOT JOIN US FOR LUNCH!

For special occasions, eg a birthday to celebrate, parents are invited to join their child for a school meal.  Please telephone reception on 01480 466919 to make your booking and we would appreciate a week's notice.

WATER IN SCHOOL

All children are encouraged to bring a drinking bottle full of water on a daily basis. Children are allowed to drink water throughout the day as required. This improves concentration and reduces the occurrence of headaches due to de-hydration. 'Sports' style water bottles are available from Reception and cost £1.50 each.

PACKED LUNCHES

If the children bring packed lunches, parents are requested to provide suitably sealed plastic containers that are clearly named. In Key Stage 1 the children eat their packed lunch in the school hall.  In Key Stage 2 they eat their packed lunch in their class area.
